I utilize a person centered and attachment focused approach. I believe that as we travel through life, we gather ideas and beliefs. Some of these ideas and beliefs are helpful, some are helpful for a season and some are just plain hurtful. Whether you are struggling with beliefs from childhood or beliefs due to a recent traumatic experience or maybe just a feeling of hopelessness that doesn’t have words at all, I can help. I am trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, Solution-focused brief therapy and others. I have completed training in the treatment of trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD and more.
